Hey wayne, fellow brit here, but not from oop north ;)
Hope you are finding being here helpful, are you getting outside help, therapy or ad's? I've tried to cope alone for years now but am beginning to think i may have made the wrong choice. Read your other post and yep, nice guys do finish last sometimes, but not always mate, remember that. Life throws us a bone when we least expect it at times.
That said, i'm very much single and for quite a while now as more heartbreak is not what i need at all.
Feel free to say hello or pm me if you want to chat with another brit, especially if you are a footie fan but that's not essential :)

Hi, thanks for the replys. Im waiting to be seen by the local IAPT team, who are dragging their heels. I was advised by the company nurse to use the works well being program in the mean time. But they said they couldnt help me, as it was too involved. Its twice ive been turned away, the samaritans had "No one avaliable" either.

Hey WayneC :)

I can't imagine how frustrating it must be for trying to get help and people are not cooperating. Are there any other options for you? Anyone else you can write to or call? Please hang in there and don't give up, sometimes persistence is key for these types of situations. Hang in there!

Ive tried so much. Friends and family are trying their best, but I dont like putting on to people. Last night, I made a attempt on my life, but what I took wasnt enough. I feel so desperately lost. :"(
