St8arrow,

This song brings memories of my nephew. He was killed in Vietnam. This, to me, was written for him. What a great man he was/is.

Warmie

Simon And Garfunkel Bridge Over Troubled Water Lyrics

When you're weary
Feeling small
When tears are in your eyes
I will dry them all

I'm on your side
When times get rough
And friends just can't be found
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down

When you're down and out
When you're on the street
When evening falls so hard
I will comfort you

I'll take your part
When darkness comes
And pain is all around
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will lay me down

Sail on Silver Girl,
Sail on by
Your time has come to shine
All your dreams are on their way

See how they shine
If you need a friend
I'm sailing right behind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind
Like a bridge over troubled water
I will ease your mind

Obviously I had no idea that my previous comments would remind you of your nephew. What a great way to remember him by.

How about doing something wrong so I can stop all these compliments and chastise you for a change.

He was more a brother to me, I still miss him.

If you knew me, you could find all kinds of things to rip apart. LOL. Will add to list:

Something for St8arrow to dislike about me.. How's that?

LOL, did that twice in my lifetime. Learned the lesson the hard way. Not going to the 'three times is a charm'. Good try.

I think this next suggestion, if you are willing to follow it, might bring a tear to your eye in memory of your nephew. Go to youtube.com and in the search engine type Lee Greenwood singing Proud To Be An American at Yankee Stadium. --- This performance occurred shortly after the 911 disaster.

Now that one brings my grandson to mind. He is in the service and has been oversea once so far. And yes, proud to be an American here, and... proud of my family for giving of themselves.

(((( Warmie ))))

Well I think it is true, somehow it has been put in all our heads that something is wrong with us if we suffer from depression or other supposed disorders, but I got to thinking about that. Who has the right to say what is wrong with other people? Why are we classified and pigeon-holed and labeled? Why are we given medications? Is it so that we can fit in with everyone else's idea of "normal"?

So I say there is nothing wrong with you :D

lol @ St8arrow

My my, isn't he the charmer :D

Dear Destination:

Please pay more attention to your spelling. I am sure you meant to say about me: Isn't he the (hick) farmer or I just fell off of the turnip truck. Of course now we know that turnips are chalk full of (natural) antibiotics.
