Glad to find an Ontario Forum

Hi I just wanted to say I am in depression and relapsing into PTSD I am not on meds or in therapy, I live in rural ontario and have been coping with PTSD for over ten years, along with high levels of anxiety/ panick attacks and occasional bouts of depression.

I am in need of understanding friends with whom I can contact through the forums. I am not a good chatter. I could use encouragement and support as I battle this latest round of PTSD and work through it.

Thankyou I posted some of my story here in the stories section. I am off work today and usually work long hours so I will be on mainly in the evenings when I do come online.
