well my freinds i was only away for a day ,but i did miss and worry about you all ,,
some of you i have heard from today ,but some are silent ,i hope your ok and fell better soon if your down
to be greeted by your kind words today on logging on was very nice ,and gave me a big lift ,
i feel a bit better now ,ive got rid of the old meds ,i been silly and im so sorry
but you know i suffer badly ,and lets face it ive had my fill of stress just lately,
i dont know if this is good news or not but shelleys man has returned ,she seems happy but will he
upset her again ,what does a good dad do ,ive told her he could do it again ,but she says they have talked and
sorted there problems out ,i could go round and fill him in ,but then he ,s younger than me and im not at
my peak just now ,,sorry just kidding,i.ll just have to bite my toungue and hope they will be ok
so im tired and your tired of hearing me. agian im sorry
if ive upset anyone ,and if ive fallen from favour thats alright i understand

thanks mich ,you know i feel calm just now ,im a little bored but i be walking the ferrets soon ,ive bought some lucozade today ,and im eating again,sometimes mich ,i to dont know were i get the strentgh ,but away you go it hits you and you stand up and kick ass ,thanks for your kind words mich ,i owe you all so much ,,,i hope your doing alright today mich
