I've been pretty anxious recently, considering it is summer break yet I should be studying or being productive. The more anxious I am is directly proportionate to my productivity levels. When I was around 13-15, I did think about therapy, but my mom didn't take my mental health seriously, so I didn't bother asking her.

These days, my emotions are more stable. I'm not sure about emotional support systems. I have three dogs, and I'm not sure they help much. I don't know what ESA is. But I do think that think that it's getting easier to talk about these things.

My dad thinks therapy is a scam so even if we could afford it it wouldn't be an option. I forgot that I should be studying during Summer. I feel like people expect you to either be hanging out with your friends or studying during Summer and I have done nothing but waste it away with fake progress that would take minimal effort from someone who is actually productive. In other words, you aren't alone. I hope your dogs are keeping you smiling
