Cabbage: A familiar kitchen-garden vegetable about as large and wise as a man's head.
-- Ambrose Bierce, The Devil's Dictionary

There are two types of people--those who come into a room and say, 'Well, here I am!' and those who come in and say, 'Ah, there you are.'
-- Frederick L Collins

(I wonder how that applies to the chat room lol!)

Too many of us look upon Americans as dollar chasers. This is a cruel libel, even if it is reiterated thoughtlessly by the Americans themselves.
-- Albert Einstein

I not only use all the brains that I have, but all that I can borrow.
-- Woodrow Wilson

Hi Stephen,

Like your second one about people.

I think that I am going to make a habit of being "Ah, there you are".

Thanks for that one.

Hi (((((((((( Monty )))))))))))

I agree -- I think it's much better to be a, "Ah, there you are," type of person than a, "Well, here I am!" person.

Thanks for replying. I can't pretend to step into Jeanie's shoes, but I will try and post something most days.

I hope you're doing well.

Stephen
