New here

Hello. I’m looking to connect with fellow sufferers, as honestly it’s impossible to understand chronic anxiety and chronic depression if you haven’t. My friends try .. but...
I’m usually not too unhappy with my own company, but so lonely now.. feel like no one would care. Quite honestly I’d can imagine I’d have these ‘ friends’ at my funeral .. they’d say if only she’d told us she needed help .. I do but lately I’ve been desperate , j can’t really put out any more signals. No one can really be bothered , oh I’ll go and see her soon message her soon .. sometimes all someone needs is ten minutes, a few words.
Sorry rambling, probably makes no sense.. but had to write it some where
I’m an overly emotional, unemotional clingy but distant person. I’m still trying to work me out. I’ve learned no one is truly your friend until they’ve seen every dark shadow .. and stayed.

I'm also new, but I wanted to say hello and welcome. It can be so very hard - I don't know the exact things you're going through, but I know when I am lonely and in the midst of a depressive episode, it feels unbearable and incommunicably terrible. I really hope this community gives you something that helps you along your journey! Reaching out can be so very hard. But know that I hear you and am glad that you've reached out!

Welcome. This is a safe place for you to share. I'm sorry you are feeling alone. Please know you aren't alone. You are special and deserving of love. Don't believe the lie that no one cares for you. It is hard for our loved ones to understand our struggles with mental health. We have to be patient and have compassion with us as well as us with them.
