im kind of out of options

hi everyone I'm laney. I have been spiraling out of control the past few months and I'm afraid I'm losing myself. I recently starting self harming again after almost 2 years clean. I don't know where to turn or who to tell. my parents will put me back in hospital if they find out, my sister doesn't understand it, it is triggering for my best friend and my boyfriend is now my ex.
I just need a new friend to talk to and get an outsiders opinion.
I'm being honest, I'm desperate for any help at all.
