It's confirmed : i have arthritis

Postby karolanne » Wed Oct 09, 2013 8:20 am

Hi there,

It's now confirmed : I have arthritis.

Las time that I was feeling exhausted and fever and pain in hands and wrists, I did blood tests. My doc got the results.

My immune system was at the lowest it can be. My body was busy fighting the inflammation caused by the arthritis crisis and the immune system gave everything he had for that purpose. That's why I was exhausted and fever and everthing...

For now, I'm on a waiting list to see a specialist, which can take up to 1 year and a half. I have to live with that until I see the specialist and find a treatement.

Take care everyone.

I'm sorry to hear that Karolanne;
It won't make exercising any easier.

Hi, I am new here. I am sorry to hear this, I agree the exercise will be so difficult. Have you already tried all the anti inflammatory supplements?

Hi,

I'm on a waiting list to see the specialist. So for now, I only take over the counter meds...

Nice to here from you Karolanne. It's important to keep moving. What ever you can do; swimming, yoga, chi gung,... Sometimes the best I can do is lie on the floor and stretch, but it still feels better after.
