I was born in Thailand, and moved to America in 1994; I married a Russian-american. My husband works overseas for 5-6 months a year, leaving me home alone to raise my 3 kids. I started experiencing depression 10 years ago. I didn't speak very good English, and had no friends in this new country, and became very lonely most of the time. From then, until now, my depression was killing me, and I refused to see a psychiatrist because I thought I was fine. The only thing I could do was pray to god to end my misery or give me a sign that there was a reason for me to be on earth.

The monster inside of us wants freedom, to be free to take over.

I wrote several independent books about my experiences with the intention of helping others who faced the same problems as I did.

My heart goes out to everyone facing these problems, and I want to be able to help people.
