Can you help one more time please?

I have a terrible fear of confrontations. I don't know if its a phobia or not. Sorry if its not. But I have put up with unbelievable things because I could not confront the person. Usually, it was my husband. I am currently in a bad situation because of this. Does anyone have any ideas how I can overcome this?

sometimes we have to find the strength that is within us to stand up for what we believe, be it for yourself or for others.
you have the strength inside you, it may be hard but you have to try, no matter what the outcome is.

I dont think you should "confront" your husband but be honest when communicating with him.
