you would get on so well with my boyfriend mark,he loves all the 70's punk too, also david bowie is his idol,we saw a v good david bowie tribute act last year and a blondie one, mark has a huge collection of kiss action figures on the shelves up above this computer so i can think of you as i type! also loads of original action men from the 60's and 70's and james bond and star wars stuff, our flat is a bit of a retro heaven,we are madly into music too, have literally thousands of cd's and vinyl. i used to love nirvana when i was an angsty teenager,we had a school trip to london once,me and my friends ran off and got stoned in hyde park with nirvana playing on our little stereo, bad girls that we were...good times!

I am crazy for the Red Hot Chili Peppers....love them, love them, love them. Also a big fan of 70's rock since that is what I grew up with. Not really familiar with punk so I will have to check it out.

great story about jarvis and the car ken,i liked pulp and all the britpop and indie stuff of that time, that was my teenage music, now i like PJ harvey,CSS,Yeah yeah yeahs, regina spektor, florence and the machine, the white stripes, the breeders, the pixies, nouvelle vague (do loads of cool covers of punk and new wave stuff) art brut, arcade fire, the strokes,kasabian....loads of stuff. mark has got me into loads of older stuff too including the psychadelic furs who i am listening to right now, last year i made him a xmas card with loads of fluorescent christmas trees on it titled 'the psychadelic firs'...geddit...! when we were doing a play together last year with some friends our warm-up song was iggy pop's 'lust for life',never fails to cheer me up even now. a few weeks ago i was really f***ed up and wandering the woods like a madwoman crying,i had some broken glass against my arm and was talking to the squirrels and on my walkman Joy division's 'she's lost control' came on and i thought...hmmm,no kidding,a real black comedy moment, always the best....

(((((((((( Ken )))))))))))))))))

Tattoos huh? I am so jealous. I want 2 tattoos, one on each shoulder. Not large ones, but something for me to see and remember.

An angel on one, a devil on the other! Serious about it. Been searching, when I find a good place, and the nerve, well you never know.
