Hi guys, I'm a newbie here... Not sure how it all works, I just thought I'd check it out because recently I've felt that I can't really talk to anyone about what I'm going through. None of my friends understand at all and I feel like I'm just being depressing/a burden when I mention it. I dunno, I guess now I'm just realising how much I hate that no-one understands, and it feels like there's a wall I created between my friends and I.
That is not a good position to be in, simply because friends are supposed to be there for you and provide a secondary support system. Your family will be the primary support system, Your online friends and other people will be the third support system. You have to exhaust these options in try different ways of engaging with the people in these areas. Usually things begin and end with your family. If you dont have family it can be very hard to cope and in some cases can make things worse.
