well i still feel good ,even though frans been a bit poorly ,i cant help but
smell a rat is the visitor planning something big for me tommorrow ,
i cant help it ,ive been like this for years ,and now i start to feel happy

hello there all my dear freinds ,the big day is almost over now ,it wasnt to
bad for me ,i wasnt visited by any bad feelings ,i think we worry about things as they arrive and when they get here ,we think why the heck did i get all wound up about this for .hope its been ok for you all ,i know some
of you were suffering and it will have been hard .but i also know you will have been strong ,the warmth of the forum will have served you well,
things will be back to normal soon and you will start to feel a little better
i cant wait to see you post again my absent freinds , I/WE worry so much
when your quiet ,but i do understand that sometimes you need to withdraw to protect your inner self ,oh yes i know how that feels ,

Today has been ok ,nothing much to say ,took fran to the main town today ,we went early as to beat the traffic and she had a real good time ,
treated herself a little ,i like it when these things go right ,i cant make
my life happy but i can hers ,i hope you have all been ok ,should be back to normal tommorrow ,it,ll make lots of us feel better hopefully ,i seem to have a lot of twitches these days in my hands ,and have noticed that my
spelling is getting worse ,,sometimes it looks as if ive spelt stuff backwards ,sorry for this im sure you can make sense ,i take 30/500
cocodamol for my arthitis ,i have it in my neck ,,,,ha ha ,YES I KNOW IM
A PAIN IN THE NECK ,,and ive become addicted to them ,,eat them like sweets to be honest ,i think this is the cause of the twitches also ,,

aahhh well nearly 8pm here in the uk ,ill have a look around for a while then listen to some music through the headphone for a couple of hours ,
ive been confused again today ,i have to keep checking my posts to make sure i havent written something wrong ,and check the spelling
the twiching is still with me ,,the co codamol i think ,im not telling the doc about this ,i NEED those pain killers ,i also worry about every stupid thing.
moneys tight after christmas ,and i keep panicking about having the cable cut off ,just my crazy mind of course ,but we think its real as you know ,
why does it never get any easier ,ok i was bad and i suppose i must have
the devil in me ,but from being 19 ive been a good person ,and ive treid to help lots of people in my life ,i know i have ,but i never get any slack
at all ,ok xmas was good ,but i made that for everybody else ,i dont believe in god ,not as others worship anyway ,,but cmon who ever has my

things have setteled down a bit after the new year ,ive had a bit of a pain
in my side that was bothering me the last coulple of days ,but ive pulled
that thorn out now ,and i feel better already ,i worry about all of you my dear freinds ,but mich is suffering alot just lately ,i do hope she gets a
bit of light in her darkness soon ,,lisa my dear ,you seem to be doing ok
and shatteredhopes ,all my sisters ,your a little down just now ,but we all
have our dark times ,and we say what we can to help ,it hurts so much to

hello everyone ,well another day over for me ,,not been to bad today very cold ,i feel a little yppah ,so thats good ,a lot of you are still in pain
and i will be thinking of you all ,im going to take fran out to town tommorrow ,we went last week and she really did very well ,and enjoyed it ,she can only walk short distances before she gets breatheless ,such a shame ,shes such a wonderful woman ,i remember all those years ago
when we met at 19 ,and fran was 18 ,this lovely blonde thing ,i just could not see why she was interested in me ,,any minute i thought i would wake up ,,even through my depression ,YES weve had a great time ,and it aint over yet ,sadly she will over the years get worse ,but she will have nothing to worry about ,i will look after her so well ,and we will laugh together ,and cry at times ,but we are as one ,understanding each other
perfectly ,so tommorrow will be her day ,and ill make sure she has a little treat ,, so its time ,to say gn ,i hope my freinds things will get better for you soon ,we need a break no and again ,lets all keep together and
talk and support one an other ,,we,ll be fine ,,share your pain with me

WELL EVERYONE ,myself and fran went to town today ,the traffic was fine ,and fran got a little worryed ,but we got there just great ,,we were there for about 2 hours ,and that is really good for fran ,she bought a nice
superdry brand t shirt ,,i got a clash cd ,,we had a really good time ,and
fran is really happy ,its not just shopping to her its a very big mountain to climb ,,im so proud of her ,,and it has made me feel extreamly yppah ,
i hope your all ok ,and feeling a little better ,,you know im a big doubter
