Hello. My name is Sydny and I'm 20. I've suffered from depression and anxiety most of my life. I've been seeing a therapist for the past few months but not really sure if it's helping. Supposed to go see a psychiatrist soon but i don't know..So I guess I'm just looking for someone to talk to. I really don't have anyone that understands..

Hello! I went through the same thing they like to ask questions and you feel like its not helping. Ask if you can be put in a group therapy I found it a bit more helpful and more comfortable to be in a group going through the same thing. But this is only if its comfortable for you ok :)
