Loosing ground on depression recovery looking for hope

I have been in recovery from depression for over five years. Over the last weeks, I have been in free fall. I don't feel like I can actually talk to anyone, and I am just hoping to find others who feel so alone. I really thought I had beaten depression...I made it through three separate primary cancers without relapse, but 2014 is hitting me so hard. I need to connect somehow, somewhere!

You are not alone. I think that's one of the hardest things about depression, feeling so alone, like nobody really gets it. You have been through so much and I admire your strength and courage. Someday we'll all get through this, we'll find a way to conquer our depression. I just wish that someday would hurry up and arrive! Good luck to you.
