Hi Abbie,
The words of that song made me think of the turkey sliding across the floor...No, actually, what occurred with the turkey made me think of the lyrics of the song. Lol.

"You know;
the nearer your destination,
the more your slip sliding away..."

"KodakChro, o, ome;
Give us the nice black colors;
Give us the gree,ee, eens of summer;
Makes you think all the worlds a summer day.

Mama don't take my KodakChrome
Mama don't take my KodakChrome
Mama don't take my KodakChrome away."

"Everybody likes a train in the distance;
Everybody know it's true..."

OK, guess.

"Mama Catalta rolled outa bed and she ran to the police station;
Papa said oh if get that boy, I'm gonna stick in em the house of detention;
so I'm on my way;
I don't know where I'm going...''

"Coo Ca Choo Mrs. Robinson;
Loneliness has left and gone away;
Hey hey hey..."

Hard to forget his lyrics.
I know what I'll be listening to today.

"When your weary;
When your on your own;
When evening falls so hard;
I will comfort you.

Like a bridge over troubled waters;
I will lay me down..."

And of course

"There must be 50 ways to leave your lover."

"Looking for fun and feeling groovy;
Hello lamp post watcha knowin?;
You gotta keep the flowers growin;
Aintcha got no rhymes for me?..."

(beasts on a mission) Haha!

Just imagine the whole scenario with a mirror in front of those two dogs...they would have perceived their own reflection as two other dogs fighting for other piece of turkey!
The whole picture would have been even more aggressive if a wild cat would have passed them! "Grrrrrhh....Bow wow...Meeeaanoow

Hmm, turkey fighting dogs, drunken black bunnies,...

"Everybody like the sound of a train in the distance..."

"God only knows; God makes his plan;
The information's not available to the mortal man."

Oh,
'...and Mrs. Wagner's pies...
We've all gone to look for America."
(rinse and repeat until shiny highlights appear)
