More important than tears and fears,
More important over the years,
More important than saying "I love you",
More important things to do,
Why are they more important?

More important than me,
More important places to be,
More important than to give an embrace,
More important than to look on a tear-stained face,
How are they important?

More important than your own dear child,
More important so meek and mild,
More important why can't you see,
More important just let them be,
Less important now.
