On this night I can’t sleep
Oh how different it is when the time ticks by and I am awake
The pain of loses fresh in my heart
I miss the people I can no longer see
The changes I make are for the better
Once again on the right path
Confused as to how to deal with overwhelming feeling and thoughts
A pressured encounter with my brother in law
It was almost 2 months ago leave me with guilt I can’t share
The shame of believing anything he said
Now longing for my fears to be wrong
things change in a blink o the eye
how can I be whole after it all
please let the fears of things going on be some freakish thing my body is doing
please don’t let the thoughts and memories be true
