I am a 47 year old female suffering from Chronic Depression for the last 20+ years....I feel unmotivated, unloved, lonely despite having 3 kids who are grown and supportive...also have 3 grandchildren whom I love immensely...but it takes every bit of my strength to share what little energy I have with them...I work full time...my oldest son still lives with me (with his girlfriend) which I cannot accept very well. I have a full time job as well. So as long as I keep busy...I do not have to think about what a failure I feel I am, even though logically I know that I am not.

So, being adventurous-checked out this chatroom..and I liked it...
Jazz suggested that I should "get out there, have more fun" sooooo-
I have asked for a few challenges to help me out!

Here are 3 that I will begin tomorrow....

From Jazz I challenge you to write out poems about how you feel everyday. longer than thirty words as well for one month
(will do my best for 30 words Jazz!)

From Guest6868 - go to some nice place and take 20 pictures and then make up 20 names for all those pictures as if they were piece of art Smile

From: Beautiful Mind - run long distances it will increase your adrenaline "gradually" and will make you feel satisfied and happy for sometime
(we changed run to walk for 1 hour a day for 1 month)
