(Request) Encouragement: Re-reading

There is something I would like to encourage every one to do, if you don't do it already, including myself.
Here goes:
What I would like for every one to do at least once in a while is go back & look at their posts. This activity may help you:
Reason #1 : Evaluate your progress. (Are you at the same point where you started? Don't beat yourself up, if you are, but just take note & try to improve.)
Reason #2 : Break the cycle of negative self-talk or just negative talk in general & the tearing down of oneself
(This does not mean you stop all negative talk or talking about how you feel or what's going on in your life.... That's not what I mean. It's the I can't do this.... & I'm not worth it sort of thing....
Please let us try for an even better us in the future. We are entitled to our lives, too.)
I am really bringing this up because the negative self-talk can be so damaging & it is hard to sit by + watch my friends/allies/comrades/family members repeatedly harm themselves.
Don't do it to yourself, as much as you can, because there will ALWAYS be someone else there to do it for you, whether you want that or you don't (if not now, then later; if not today, then some other day).
Love all around to the forum members, chat members + visitors to the site!
