The Abyss

My heart is pounding, I feel like something bad is going to happen very soon and all day all my thoughts and feelings have come true. I feel alone, been alone for over 36 hours pretty much besides a few stops here and there. I wish I had someone here with me to talk to. I'm so sad, I want to sleep but sleep doesnt exist in my world anymore, I want to eat but it will just come back up. I've sunken farther into the abyss when starting this morning with my head up high. The lonliness grows stronger and the emptiness is unbearable. What to do? I have no answer and no one to give me an answer. Where am I heading? Who's going to catch me?

Being alone is definitely sucks and i really know how it feels like to be alone, those time i usually dealing with my manic depressive and its hard to control the thoughts thats going on inside my mind. Can you try to distract your mind? Playing games maybe or knitting, clean the house? Anything that could help you to avoid/forget the feeling that you have now.
