Feeling Lost Even When Nothing Seems Wrong

Hi everyone,
I’ve been struggling with this feeling lately, and I’m not even sure how to put it. On the outside, things seem fine—I go to work, I hang out with friends, I get things done—but inside, I feel… empty like there’s a constant fog in my mind that I can’t shake.
Infinite Craft Game
Sometimes I wonder if anyone else feels this way, where you’re not sad or anxious in the traditional sense, but everything still feels heavy and dull. I try to push through and distract myself, but it always comes back.
Has anyone experienced this before? How do you cope with that kind of invisible weight that no one else sees?
Thanks for listening.
