Needing a helping supportive hand?

Hey everyone,
Well recently I've been struggling more than ever and yes this may come across as very desparte but I don't care. I need to know someone cares, need to know people are thinking about me and need to know people are here to support me and are here to give me a helpin hand when I'm so low and depressed and feel suicidal.
I need someone to turn to when I feel low.
Anybody out there who can offer me that?
Please.
