where I've been

okees ... most of you know I've not been doing too great with the last couple of weeks especially.

Seems though that looking at it from last night ... I've had great mania in the first couple of weeks of December and now I'm at the crashed stage.

Spent just two nights at Community Hospital last Thursday to the Saturday afternoon.
The xanax and unisom (yeah I was stupid about the dosages again) and the zinnat (antibiotic for the bronchitis) just didn't mix well at all and I felt so terrible with it that it scared the life out of me.

New Year's eve ... hmmm my worst night of all ... I kinda just bundled myself up with tons of junk food ... yes and I mean tons.
Had high anxiety with the fireworks and firecrackers and buried myself under the pillow (was a hell of a sight since it was not a body pillow I fit under either)

Last night was not good at all and I dunno how I'll be later.

I'm at work right now and fighting hard to function and so far seem to be doing ok here.

erm .. that's it ... nothing too exciting.

Just that I'm in a strange mood so please bear with me.

oh I am doing much better compared to before.

I would have stayed in the hospital for the New Year's eve night only that the $$$ did not really permit it.
yeah .. I have insurance to claim it back but did not have the upfront $$$ to cover the costs for any extra nights since I had to buy medication as well.

no need to be worried about me ... I'll be ok ... the worst part is over for me crashwise I think.

Last night I was ok .. I was just a bit on the mellow quiet side (yeah .. go ahead and choke ... I said I was quiet LOL)
Basically all I did was cook dinner, shower and ignore the folks in the house that complain for no reason.

Good thing too is that I'm sleeping a LOT now, which is rare for me so YAY!

I think I'm also doing a bit better cause the days are getting back to normal with work after the holidays.

Hell that money is always an issue when it comes to medical help. I know the feeling.

Just as long as you are doing better. Will do a sigh of relieve and smile.

Continue taking good care of yourself please. All I ask.

Love to you
