Chat room confusion! help!

I try to sign in a guess in chat room for '"Depression" and "Bipolar" but I don't understand what other were talking about. They are not relate to the "Subject or depression title, or Bipolar". So, I don't know how to chat or join them. Help!

Sometimes the rooms talk "off-topic", as some use distraction as a way to help them cope with their depression/bipolar, while others like to talk directly about their issues. When you join, feel free to jump into a convo or start one of your own. If you feel the rooms are too off topic you can always ask a mod to help the room get refocused. Hope this helps.
