New here. Need help TODAY

I am new here. This is my first post. I am a 44 F chrisitan suffering from severe depression/anxiety/PTSD. I have been doing "ok" for few weeks and crashed yesterday. The worst I have felt in a long time. Hopelessness, fear, and just needing some help. Cant see the light right now at all.

This site is a great place and I am sure you will feel better in time. There is also a chat area on this site too, I believe this will be good for you. You can vent out your problems on there and everyone listens/gives advice/and supports you. Take care. :)
