i went to work today despite really wanting to call in sick today. the manager gave me major proper grief today in regards to the accident report and investigation report. i forgot to fill out an accident report the day of the injury but i filled it out on wednesday morning. the assistant manager didn't fill out an investigation report even though that she was supposed to because i did report it to her but i guess i'm supposed to tell her that i filled out an accident report. i just hate getting in trouble for things that are not my fault. :x

you're not getting blamed for things that are your fault hun.

People are just being super unfair to you which sucks because THEY are wasted, inefficient and suck!

Hard as it is .. please try to ignore them k? ... basically sounds as though they're trying to cover their own a$$e$ in case you sue them for injury on the job.

((((((((((((((((Corey))))))))))))))))))

If I remember correctly you were the injured party, and they are responsible for the safety of their employees.

Forms, it should have been your asisstant manager's responsible to make sure the forms were done properly, helping you fill out the need paper work. Part of that job and pay.

I agree with ((((((((((Lisa)))))))))))) they are trying to cover their own behinds for they are the ones that messed up, not you.

Hang in there hon, and we are all here to give support. Believe that please.

Love to you

I hope things are getting better for you, and are resolving themselves. You've certainly had a lot on your plate recently!
