Hi guys, only the 2nd time Ive been here so still a Newbie....
Have had a couple of relativeley good days, then today it all started to disintegrate....... have been medicated for a month now, Sertraline and Zopiclone, and had started to feel a little better - then today! Was hoping to return to work on Monday, but can hardly summon the motivation to get dressed in a morning.... sorry to burden you guys, but am sure you understand.......

Well, i can only suggest you not to take stress on your mind and better to let go the things, like believe in your self first which is very important as according to me it is only thing that you can do better so that to make atleast half the things good, medicines will not help you to come with al positive thoughts it is just you that can maintain it.

You have to be strong with the situations and please be confident, meet people and go around with them have fun, also, try to do some exercises and meditate fro 10 mins daily while going to sleep.
