Bad night
Hey havnt really used this much but feeling really really down,
! i slipped up last night and self harmed i feel so bad for doing it but i had an ex boyfriends getting at me my brothers still in hospital and im getting really paranoid over whether my friends like me or not
! i dont know what to do i cant tell my mam she will be soo upset. i wish i couls just turn my brain off so i cudnt think anymore. im driving myself crazy

Sorry that you're feeling so bad. I find posting on this site helps me not to feel so alone. I hope that it will do the same for you at least a little.
Your symptoms sound a bit like the acute anxiety that I suffered when I was at my worst. Do you think it might be worth speaking to a doctor? Perhaps if they could give you something that would give you a respite from feeling like you're " driving yourself crazy ", that may help you a little? ( Although, that's just a thought. I have no medical training whatsoever, unless you count watching Dr Leonard McCoy on Star Trek!
