I'm a quiet person, sure I have friends and an adoptive family who loves me but I hate attention. When everyone is watching you as you speak and you can't help but feel scared. I've tried to tell everyone, from the panic attacks, the insomnia, the pain, the silent muffled crying you all pretend you can't hear. I'm screaming and lashing out for you to hear me! I'm cutting and the melatonin isn't helping I'm taking 6 every night and I'm wide awake. But you all ignore it so I tell you I'm fine, I'm sleeping good, yes ma'am the medicine helps. I don't want to die I just want to feel something because I'm numb and I feel as if I'm dying. Please hear me.

Are you feeling better? I understand how you feel, I used to be like that too, but I think you should go out into the world and see this beautiful world. I believe you'll feel much better than before.
