What a /dufferebce a Day Makes

Postby CitM » Fri May 01, 2015 8:11 pm

When I awoke this morning, my prayer was that Anne get to school and that my work be of good making.

Today my prayers were answered. Anne got to school, not at 1 pm like we hoped, but 11 am and finished the day and is still doing well!! What a difference an adjustment in medication and an addition to medication can make. I pray that this is the start to a whole new future full of promise for Anne. Of everyone in this family, she has suffered more than her share.

I just found out that a by chance application of an abstract to a conference was accepted. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I would have a second chance at presenting a poster at a technical conference. I am honored and thrilled, and am going to to also include the work I do this summer in the poster as new chapters. It's an international conference. I am awed, humbled and honored to participate.

What a difference a day makes. So keep that in mind when you slog through depression and anxiety. Things can change for the better quite suddenly. Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, and you will get there.

Thank you, all of you, for your support and belief in me as a person.
Sincerely,
CitM
