Making no move is so depressant

Hello Folks,

Well, I have been feeling well for the last 2 weeks. I eat healthy, walks everyday and plan to add some work out soon. But here is something that is beginning to get to me : there is this awesome guy at work, geez, I would like to date him. But heh, I have no self confidence, I don't like my body and my look, I'm obese, etc. So, I make no move at all and that's getting to me. If think he is out of my league.

Instead of concentrate on the fact that I started to move more and diete well, I just think about this guy and the fact that nothing will happen...

Stick with healthy diet and walk, gradually increase your distance and start workout on regular basis. It will bot only helps you in getting in shape, getting attractive but will increase your self confidence also.
