I was on a high for few weeks. Since last week, I started the way back down. Today, I feel bleh, but I have suicidal thoughs and just want to cry. I'm at work. I wish I can go home and go in bed...

I know how you feel hun. I myself have been up and down so much in one day, I wish I could just be alone. It's hard to work, when your down.. I wish I had advice for you... all I can say is hang in there hun. You will get through it.

What makes me down is that I started a diet on Jan 2. People use to lose 4-8 lbs per week with this diet. I only lost 5 pounds since de beginning (in 3 weeks). The doc said it may take more time to my body to accutumate to the diet. But to tell the truth, it's not very motivating... I do lot of sacrifices everyday in my diet and it gives mostly nothing. But I want to keep going. But this small result puts me on a down.

And there is a man at work I think is very cute and very attractive to me. Today I found out he is married.

That's life.
