I picked the name 100footpole based on a zen story I read.
"You are standing on a 100 foot pole. Which way do you step?"
This describes my default feeling ... anxiety. I get cramps in my calf and foot from my leg shaking all the time. The answer to the question is other questions: "Where am I going?" "What needs doing?" "What can I do that is good?"
Fight or Flight should be a binary choice. Just standing on the pole leaves my engine revving uselessly. So I don't stand on the pole ... I grab the pole and do something. Then I come back here and post a message or chat about it. I touched something with my 100footpole! And I feel better.
