This seems like a nice forum. I have mostly been using the chat feature on this website because it promotes instant interaction with a community of peers, but laying your thoughts down in a forum for all to see, appreciate and respond to is also a good way of interacting, I think. I have been battling anxiety, mainly social anxiety and depression, but have been helped a lot by therapy and now this site. It also helps me learn new things and new ways to cope. I also like trying my best to help others. One of the best ways to cope, in my view, is humor. I will keep posting and replying here. Looking forward to it!
