Am I going crazy?

Hello all, I'm excited that I somehow found this forum. This is my very first time ever posting to a chat, forum or anything online. I am having a really tough time, I am very lonely I have almost no one to talk to and I don't have any insurance to seek therapy. I am very depressed and alone. I live alone and I am convinced that no one on the planet likes me, yet I push everyone away, because I think everyone has alterior motives, for whatever reason. I have suffered from depression for a very long time, I am also a recovering attic. I have been clean and sober for almost 3 years. I had 3 years before, and the same depression started creeping up and taking over. I'm really scared. I have never been hospitilized although I was in rehab for altogether close to 5 years. Once for 2 1/2 years and once for 2 years, almost 2 years ago.
I'm sorry if none of this makes sense, I just thought I would try to reach out to someone somewhere. I hope to hear back from you. Thank you.

Hi there Michelle,,im glad you found this forum ,,the thought of someone being so alone is upsetting ,,your brave to tell us about your problems ,,but you must now ,,realise that you have someone to share them with ,,and you must no longer feel alone ,,you have in fact got lots of freinds ,,we are all freinds here ,,and you will i hope get to know us all better ,,we all suffer the same pain ,,or simaler ,,but we carry it in differant ways ,,read the posts on the forum ,it may help you see how being here will i hope help you ,,,you can talk here and we will listen ,,no judging here ,,just kind and caring words and support,if you need them ,

From yet another Michelle to another, it's a welcome & no, I don't think you're going crazy.... It may have something to do with having been addicted. Please seek the help you need!
