I found this site through Google too.
Doing that was one of the smarter things that I have done in my life.

I have the PTSD,BipolarII,OCD and anxiety (I think, can always remember the first three but have to struggle with the third).

Right now it is the heavy depression that is getting me down.
When I get the strength to go on-line it does make a difference in my life.

Take a look through some of the different forums.
There are a lot of interesting people that post on this site.

I know that I am not the only one who gets help from keeping close tabs here.

Hi Amy

You'll love the people here. This is the closest, most supportive group I've ever been in. As xn says, we will catch your fall. Just feel free to tell us anything that's got you down. We'll see if we can't fix it for you.

Well Ken, fortunately for you, you cannot lie down forever because you have a family that needs you. A wife and children who would be devistated if anything were to happen to you...

Beginning not to care is probably the worst feeling in the world, huh? It has been said that the opposite of love is not hate... it's indifference. Why don't you try counseling? It might help you to talk your past and present through with a non-biased third party. Just a suggestion...
