Depression Understood Forums

Hey there, I’m Phat|Package, I have been a member in the site's IRC chat for 4 months now. While I am new to the forums section I am certainly no stranger to depression. I have found much comfort from the people here at DU and could never express how grateful I am for all their love and support. I do wish to open communications here on the forums and hopefully be able to offer other people the same kindness that was shown to me when I first arrived. I strongly encourage anyone going through hard times to come and share their story with us. It can be comforting simply knowing someone’s there, listening. <3
