Depression Understood Forums

Hello,
I'm Sam (nickname, and I'm female) and I'm 21 years old. I don't exactly have depression but a health problem since recently that makes that I'm stressed and a little depressed. It would be very helpful to me to talk to other people in a similar situation, that's why I thought to come here.

Did you look at the chat boards too? They seem to be a lot of fun for younger people ... It takes at least 24 hours to get a response on here I think
