Hello from newbie

Glad to know about this web forum

Im 31 y/old and severely depressed. I was 1st diagnosed with bipolar, but recently more depression and less manic.

Suffering since 2001. On medication since 2002. Consistently on Epilim Chrono for last 4 years. Before that, keep switching meds to find the suitable one for my body.

Good sleep is luxury for me...since 2001 didn't get good sleep. On Dormicum and Stilnox for sleep. But lately my body kind of immune to sleeping pills.Really worry
