Hello, my name is Graham

Hi all,

I am new here and have, been suffering depression for about 3 months now. I am seeing a psychologist, but every 3 weeks, seems to long. I am taking Dr. prescribed medication which is working quite well.

I visit the Gym twice a week which helps, also started chatting with friends again so I am recovering and feeling better slowly.

Found this site and thought it also may help.

Welcome. Exercise is very helpful. I started walking my dog everyday since August and it has made a big difference for me. Except on the days she decides to walk me :lol:

hi there! welcome! :) i'm pretty new here too :)

i second what Maria said, exercise will help you a lot. Try running once in a while :)
