Depressed

Hi, I'm new to this site. I suffer from Bipolar II and am in a depressed state right now. I am on meds and attended therapy for several years. I guess I just need to know there's someone out there that understands.

Thank you Emotional_77 - it's good to know that there is a place to come for support. I spent most of the day yesterday sleeping and shed many tears. I'm feeling a little better today. Thanks again

If you feel up to it, there is a chat room you can come to, as well as here. Lots of nice chatters in there with understanding the feelings of depression.
