Just thought I'd make the subject the name one of my favorite Nirvana songs. Plus, it accurately describes my outlook on life most of the time.

I'm David, from WV. I've been dealing with depression for 20 years now. Unfortunately, with depression, it doesn't get any easier with time. How unfortunate.

Nirvana are awesome, well they were, not so good now.
Im jon by the way, iv had depression most of my life, but only recently asked for help, used to just deal with my problems the Yorkshire way BOOZE.
Qit drinking now so thats not an option.

20 years, huh???...me too...some times i wonder why i even bother...do you think the next 20, 30, 40 years going to be like this???...what's the point after a while?

sorry, that doesn't help at all...but when you posted that number, it really hit home...what a long time to feel like crap
