Hi, I'm not sure what to say so I'll start with the obvious.
My name is Becky, I'm 26, I'm English and I have depression.
I'm not sure when it started per se but I had a difficult upbringing. Life changed when I turned 19 and left for university, as a lot of people know degrees are hard, add depression, anxiety and insomnia and it was nearly impossible. It took me 6 years, 3 different anti-depressants, 4 different sleeping tablets and approximately 3 years of counselling

So now I'm still deeply depressed and struggling. I don't know how to end this introduction so that's that for now.
I look forward to hearing from someone
