Depression Understood Forums

Hi everyone. I've been using the chat room for a couple of weeks now and I've only just noticed this introduction forum. I'm a 25 year old female with 2 little girls aged 6 and 1. I've been deeply depressed for about 2 years now although I've always had bouts of depression even as a child. On joining the chat room I was just glad to be able to vent and talk about being depressed but now I've learnt it's about so much more and met some great people. It's been great to see other people have suffered other none depression related problems especially in their families and I would like to discuss some of my own issues when I can stop being so shy and unsure.
