Any Advice?

I volunteered at an animal shelter cleaning cages, walking dogs and getting to know the people that worked there it was alright.

Usually you can check out community center bulletin boards or I guess these days it would all be on the web. I'd start by seeing if your city/town has it's own web page usually there will be links to upcoming events in the area and then it's just a matter of finding a group/event that's looking for some extra hands.

Thanks for the info, with my back issue not improving, I doubt I could be of much use. It's almost time to talk to a doctor and see if there is any treatments available, but with no money, I'm not rushing to see one.

Will you be little more specific with what you're needing to know? The reason I ask is because there are quite a lot of things involved with the process!
