I have been drinking Coconut water, which has a lot of minerals (potassium, Magnesium and others) for the past 3 days and I feel amazing.

And, Finally -- an article that recommends drinking water as a treatment for depression. Minimum recommendation is 1/2 your body weight in pounds drank in ounces. So If you weigh 150, you would drink 125 ounces of water. Additional water is to be consumed if you exercise, live in a hot climate, or are taking medications that can dehydrate you.
