Depression Understood Forums

I thought maybe I can try and meet someone here whos also fighting off depression, I think if I can give some encouragement it will help me also. I moved to a new town and after being here alone for a while I got lonely and depressed. I'm trying to get back to St.Pete where I know people and I have an office to go to for work, I think just being around other people will help. Seems like being alone makes things worse.
