Hi Veronica, Nice to meet you. I'm sorry you are feeling so bad. No it wont feel like this forever, but it takes work, and patience in order to change the feeling. Work because it takes effort to keep trying to get better, you made a good step by coming and posting here. Patience, with yourself, because we never seem to get better in the time we think we should. It's important to remember that you didnt get like this over night (though i know for some it seems that way). That it takes a while to get better. It's a process, but one that is well worth it.

Just try to remind yourself of the positive strides to get better.
